I have been serving the community for a number of years working on our improvements of common areas and helping to pass the 1st Amendment to our Covenants regarding Parking and the Rental Cap. I am well versed in Information Technology, mechanically inclined, and a great person to get to know. Lantern Ridge is a great place to live and we have some really great neighbors!
My husband and I have lived in Lantern Ridge for three years. We were fortunate enough to be able to move here after becoming "empty nesters". I am a former business owner and currently work in the field of real estate. I am honored to serve on the Homeowners Association Board. My commitment to the neighborhood is to strive to make our community a great place to call home for all of our residents.
I am a original town home owner that moved into the community in February 2003. I work for InterContinental Hotels Group on the Global Revenue Management Pricing team. I have served on the board for the last 14 years as President, Vice President, and Treasurer.
I am currently the Treasurer of the association and have been for the last couple of years. I have a great working relationship with our collections and legal team at Lueder, Larkin, and Hunter. I watch our accounts very closely and most proud of our very low bad debt/write off. I am a active board member and enjoy serving the community.
I have lived in the Lantern Ridge community since 2012, originally renting a town home and ultimately purchasing a single family home in 2015. I come from a property management and transportation background. I previously served as Assistant Manager at an upscale apartment community, which boasted several properties throughout the metro area and nationwide. During my time there, I was tasked with both the management of the property itself, along with the needs of its residents. For the past 2 years, I have held a position on the Lantern Ridge HOA. I would like to continue to be able to assist the community.
We built our Lantern Ridge home in 2003 and have enjoyed many years, friends, and parties in the neighborhood! Before the bridge was built and our lake was still buried in the brush, I knew Lantern Ridge would be a great place to Live, Work, and Play. It has been my pleasure to serve on and off the Board over the years and it has been my personal goal that Lantern Ridge would continue to thrive and always and forever be a wonderful place to live.
I have lived in Lantern Ridge for many years and have plenty of experience in serving on the Board in different roles. I am happy to volunteer to help our community. I am only able to help for a few months, but I am happy to do so. I currently live in a Townhome on Lantern View Lane.
I have lived in Lantern Ridge for almost 5 years. My husband and I bought a Townhome originally, but love Lantern Ridge so much that we purchased a Single family home in 2019. I have enjoyed living in the community and look forward to meeting more residences. I work in Human Resources for an IT Managed Services and Consulting Firm. Thank you for allowing me to serve on the board of directors.
