Lantern Ridge BOARD OF DIRECTORS

  My husband and I have lived in Lantern Ridge for three years. We were fortunate enough to be able to move here after becoming "empty nesters". I am a former business owner and currently work in the field of real estate. I am honored to serve on the Homeowners Association Board. My commitment to the neighborhood is to strive to make our community a great place to call home for all of our residents. 

 I am a original town home owner that moved into the community in February 2003.  I work for InterContinental Hotels Group on the Global Revenue Management Pricing team.  I have served on the board for the last 14 years as President, Vice President, and Treasurer.

I am currently the Treasurer of the association and have been for the last couple of years.  I have a great working relationship with our collections and legal team at Lueder, Larkin, and Hunter.  I watch our accounts very closely and most proud of our very low bad debt/write off.  I am a active board member and enjoy serving the community.

I have lived in the Lantern Ridge community since 2012, originally renting a town home and ultimately purchasing a single family home in 2015.  I come from a property management and transportation background.  I previously served as Assistant Manager at an upscale apartment community, which boasted several properties throughout the metro area and nationwide.  During my time there, I was tasked with both the management of the property itself, along with the needs of its residents.  For the past 2 years, I have held a position on the Lantern Ridge HOA. I would like to continue to be able to assist the community.  

 I have lived in Lantern Ridge for almost 5 years. My husband and I bought a Townhome originally, but love Lantern Ridge so much that we purchased a Single family home in 2019. I have enjoyed living in the community and look forward to meeting more residences. I work in Human Resources for an IT Managed Services and Consulting Firm.   Thank you for allowing me to serve on the board of directors. 

 I have lived in Lantern Ridge for many years and have plenty of experience in serving on the Board in different roles. I am happy to volunteer to help our community. I am only able to help for a few months, but I am happy to do so. I currently live in a Townhome on Lantern View Lane.
