Lantern Ridge has an established Home Owners' Association (HOA) and governing documents. 

Please review these documents from time to time. Rules and Regulations are important to preserve the community we all call home. Please observe these rules and above all be good neighbors. The following Lantern Ridge Community Association, Inc. documents are available for download below.
